My first Nutcracker was when I was 6. I was a bon bon and an angel. Two years ago I was a baker, and this year I am chef, and I am so excited to work with the bon bons. Working with the younger dancers is my favorite part of Nutcracker.
One piece of advice I have for younger dancers is to add emotion to your dancing. It’s something that I am working on as well.
Nutcracker is important to me because it’s the best way to celebrate the holidays. I enjoy performing in front of the crowds, and making new memories with my friends and fellow dancers.
