Heather Palmer, a resident and business owner based in Carmel-by-the-Sea, owns Sea Blush Staging, a boutique interior design & home staging firm. She was born in SF and raised between SF and Marin County, spending summers on her family’s ranch outside Sun Valley, ID. She began dancing at 3 with Marin Ballet and continued dance and cheer until becoming a mom.Heather holds a BA in Business Administration-Real Estate and minor in Communications from the University of San Diego. After college she moved back to Northern CA to pursue a career in the wine industry, working for industry giants like Francis Ford Coppola in various creative capacities for wine, food, design and resort brands. It was there she developed a keen eye for design and developed a talent for using a cinematic approach to interiors. After meeting her husband Ben, who worked in the CA Senate, she moved to the Northern CA foothills to raise 3 children before relocating to Carmel in 2020 to offer their children a more creative place to call home. She is excited to have two aspiring ballerinas ages 5 & 11 and a 13 year old musical/athletic son. Her daughter Harper has performed for two seasons with MPBT and studied with ABT, The Dance Center and SF Ballet.
