Absence Notice

Reporting a Dancer Absence
 

If your dancer will be absent from rehearsal please let us know in advance by sharing the following details:

• The dancer’s name

• The date(s) of the absence

• The reason for the absence

Providing this information ensures we can notify the appropriate instructor and make any necessary adjustments in advance. Thank you for helping us keep communication clear and supporting your dancer’s experience with the program.
