Mary - MPBT Youth Ambassador

I’m honored to be an MPBT Youth Ambassador. I chose to join the YA program to meet new people and contribute to our community, while striving to be a positive role model for the younger dancers. Having danced since the age of three, my favorite genres are ballet and lyrical; I appreciate the technical precision of ballet and the expressive storytelling in lyrical.

Being part of the Nutcracker is a wonderful experience, providing an opportunity to collaborate with new people and create an inspiring performance. Last year, playing Clara was a life-changing experience, and I’m excited to create new memories this year as a Lead Reed Pipe. The dedication and emotion in every rehearsal and dance are what make the Nutcracker so special to me.
